A fine and impressive pair of vintage cultured pearl, 1.36 carat diamond, synthetic ruby, 18 karat yellow gold and platinum set stud earrings; part of our diverse vintage jewelry and estate jewelry collections. These fine and impressive vintage earrings have been crafted in 18k yellow gold with a platinum setting. Each earring is ornamented with a feature cultured pearl to the center. These impressive pearls are each encircled by eleven curved, millegrain decorated platinum panels, embellished with a total of twenty-two stunning pavé set diamonds, in a combination of Old European, eight, and Dutch cut. Each vintage earring is further ornamented with two yellow gold protrusions flanking the spiralling cluster design, featuring with two synthetic rubies, with a paralleling platinum and diamond arrangement to the one side, completing the design. These impressive 1940s vintage earrings for pierced ears secure to the reverse with a hallmarked latch style fastening and post. These earrings have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold and platinum. The impressive pearl and diamond earrings are supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Condition These vintage earrings are excellent quality, set with impressive cultured pearls displaying a fine color and lustre. The very well color matched supporting diamonds display a fine white color and brilliance. The synthetic rubies display a fine color and brilliance. The pearl and diamond earrings are an excellent gauge of gold and are in excellent condition, with hallmarks to the latch style fastening.
