Native American Navajo 1950 Squash Blossom Necklace Sterling and Green Turquoise
About the Item
Exceptional Native American Navajo necklace.
A beautiful vintage tribal piece, created in Arizona by the Navajo native Americans back in the 1950. This squash blossom necklace was entirely crafted in solid .935/.999 sterling silver and fitted with a hook lock. The design is composed by 13 elements connected by the traditional double beaded chain.
Turquoises: Embellished with 19 free shaped cabochons cuts of natural green turquoise from the Arizona region.
Weight: 180.45 grams (115.67 Dwt).
Length: 24 inches long (60.96 cm) and 38 mm (1.496 Inches) wide.
Measurements: The main drop piece in the center is 70 mm by 67 mm (2.75 x 2.64 Inches)
Note: This piece is pretty large, with an outstanding look and great eye appeal.
Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this necklace is excellent vintage. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the sterling. The turquoises are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
