Very rare, sterling silver handmade necklace with enamel accents created by Mildred Ball of South Carolina. Ball was an exhibitor at the Walker Art Center and her work was also published in Lois E. Franke's 'Handwrought Jewelry' book in 1962. An exquisite example of her work. Pendant measures 2" in diameter, excluding bale, while the handmade chain measures 20" in length.
