Fine Art Nouveau Edwardian period Winged Heart motif peridot, pearl, 14K yellow gold necklace.
Circa 1900
The central pearl encrusted heart topped by a pair of pearl encrusted wings with a large 8mm by 5mm oval faceted peridot center, a lovely large 10mm by 7mm drop shaped faceted peridot pendant complements the design. Natural pearl mounted swags, the first pair topped by 4mm round faceted peridot, the second by natural pearls complete the design.

Natural pearls with very good luster
Peridot lively medium olive green color, high double refraction.
Ancient Egyptians called peridot Gem of the Sun for its attractive yellow-green hue.
Measurements: 1.5 inches length from top of central oval peridot to the drop shaped peridot, 14.82 inches long chain, 5 inches length design element.
