Eighteen Karat Gold Pendant Necklace with GRS Certified Royal Blue Sapphire
About the Item
The heart of this 18 karat yellow gold Tobacco Flower pendant necklace is a 5.23-carat GRS certified vivid royal blue oval sapphire from Sri Lanka, one of the most precious gems that can only be set in a delicate design like this.
The dimensions of the royal blue sapphire are 10.80 x 8.43 x 7.25 mm, with no heat treatment. The incredible mystic color of the gem is stunning in all lights, and the size makes it even more vivid and strong. This piece is a true family heirloom to be cherished for generations to come.
Surrounding the sapphire are hand-selected sapphires, Paraiba tourmaline, tanzanite, and diamonds, including a pear-cut 1.48-carat blue sapphire (9.73 x 6.21 x 3.54 mm), an oval-cut 1.82-carat tanzanite (7.90 x 6.20 x 5.25 mm), and three oval light greenish-blue sapphires (4.8 x 4.2 x 3.8 to 6.0 x 4.2 mm) from Madagascar, Africa. The pendant also features copper-bearing neon Paraiba tourmaline of Brazilian origin and two GIA-certified oval diamonds weighing 0.74 and 0.71 carats, with F color and VSI1 clarity.
This limited-edition collection piece is designed by oil painter and jewellery designer Polya Medvedeva, whose floral inspirations are evident in the unique and artistic design of this pendant. The tobacco flowers, which bloom at night, symbolize the shamanic mystery of all things hidden.
The video features a similar ring design but with spinels instead of sapphires.
