Antique Edwardian 9k Gold Front and Back Locket, Love Heart, Engraved
About the Item
A delightful antique 9kt yellow gold front and back locket.
Edwardian era it has an elaborately chased and engraved front with leaves and foliate, there is a smooth polished heart cartouche to the centre of the reverse which has not been engraved so could be personalised if desired.
The back is marked 9ct back & front.
Internally it has two compartments but no glazed covers, two old photographs inside currently but can be removed.
It has an integral gold bale, ready to hang from your favourite necklace or chain.
Edwardian era C1900s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light surface wear commensurate with age and use, small bend in the integral bale.
Approx measurements:
1.55" length with bale
0.85" width
Weight approx 5.78 grams.
