About the Item
Exceptional Navajo turquoise and sterling silver necklace. Five large turquoise slabs cut in shape of leaf with etched leaf vein details, each approximately 3" long. Each stone is encased in smooth bezel with scalloped edges, having double border of twisted rope and scalloping with sterling bead detail and sterling bar across stone with etched detail. Stones are a stunning blue color with exceptional gold and brown matrix. All attached to double-strand Navajo pearl chain. Old pawn piece with no maker's mark. Purchased from the Indian store in Clovis, New Mexico. A beautiful and unusual statement piece that would complement any Southwestern style. Necklace 23"L
