A vintage Merrin French diamond and gold mesh pendant, designed with articulated, gold edged, gold mesh opening and closing petals, surrounding trembling stamens, set with round brilliant-cut diamonds, in four claw settings, onto gold sepals and ribbed finished leaves, mounted in 18 carat yellow gold, signed MERRIN, France, 18KT, with and RS makers mark, with a horseshoe, circa 1960. Estimated total diamond weight 0.42 carats. The pendant measures approximately 30.5 x 30.3mm when fully open.
