Burma 11 Carat Sugar Loaf Cabochon Ruby Diamond Platinum Ring
About the Item
This spectacular Burma sugar loaf cabochon star ruby ring is set in a finely hand crafted platinum mounting. The ruby measures 12.24 mm x 8.83 mm x 8.78 mm and is estimated to weigh approximately 11 carats. Burma Star Rubies are extremely rare and this specimen exhibits a wonderful 6 legged star when hit by direct light from above. Each side of the shank is embellished by 2 baguette cut, 2 French cut and one marquis cut diamonds. The ring is now a size 6 and can be sized. The inside of the shank is stamped " PLATINUM "
