About the Item

Ring in 18 karat yellow gold, own hallmark. Beautiful and rare antique ring, it is decorated with an opal cabochon in the center of a chased decoration, surrounded by half fine pearls and a border of black and white enamel. The start of the ring is large, formed by small scales partially enameled black and white. Total weight of the opal : about 2.50 carats. Height : 20.5 mm approximately, width : 15.6 mm, thickness : 4.3 mm approximately, width of the ring at the base : 2 mm approximately. Weight of the jewel : 5,1 g approximately. US Size : 4,5. No resize. Authentic antique jewelry - Work of the first half of the XIXth century. Small lack of enamel on the departures and the circumference of the ring.
