A stunning vintage 4.80 Ct natural Burmese ruby and 2.80 Ct diamond cocktail ring in 18k yellow gold; part of our vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive natural Burmese ruby and diamond ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The pierced decorated mount features a central oval cut 4.80 Ct natural Burmese ruby held in relief within four sets of twinned claws. This stunning Burmese ruby is closely encircled by twenty claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds. Twelve individually displayed pear cut diamonds create an impressive feature border around the stepped design. All thirty-two diamonds are very well color matched. The subtly elevated, tapering ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain 18k yellow gold ring shank. This impressive vintage dress ring is supplied with a full certificate from the Gemmological Certification Services, London UK, for the Burmese ruby in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting diamonds. This cocktail ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18k gold.
