About the Item
Handmade Sterling Silver and Amethyst Ring. Pinky finger delight! This lovely ring caresses your pinky with its deep purple, round amethyst focal point bezel set in sterling silver to the tip of 14K yellow gold to enhance the purple. It was designed and created in our studio in the mountains outside of Rio de Janeiro. The amethyst is approximately 8mm. Amethyst is February's birthstone. Sizable 4.75 up or down 1-1.5 sizes.
We have several sizes so please contact us if you're interested. No changes by seller. Amethyst is the February birthstone and is said to protect from intoxication and evil spells. It will calm your spirit and give you focus. Pure quartz is colorless, but the most prized variety is Amethyst, the purple variety. It's always been considered a 'royal color' and is featured in the British Crown jewels. It was also a favorite of Catherine the Great and Egyptian royalty. All this and being absolutely beautiful, what's not to love?!

Martha lived in Brazil for over 15 years and her travels have taken her to various mining regions with Brazil, South Africa, and the Far East to examine and handpick the gemstones for the Aria Collections. Kathy lives by the motto, "Go Big or Go Home," and fell in Love with jewelry design when she met founder Hans Stern, a pioneer in designing jewelry with Brazil's vibrantly colored gemstones, Mr. Stern invited her to his workroom, shared his expertise - and she was hooked. Martha and Kathy met while loving in Rio de Janeiro and they have been design partners and friends ever since.
