Art Deco Marquise Cut Diamond and Sapphire Navette Ring
About the Item
Here we have a marvellous navette ring crafted at a time when the Art Deco style was at the height of world design. A single bright white marquise-cut diamond commands attention at the centre. This principal stone sits slightly risen atop a lattice backdrop which, in turn, is surrounded by a frame of calibre cut deep blue sapphires. A single row of round faceted old mine cut diamonds accentuate the design, creating a striking contrast before the piece is made complete by open split shoulders and a ribbed shank.
