About the Item

Featuring a bombe shaped, mill grained cluster with one, central bezel set, old cut diamond surrounded by a line of channel set, Carre cut rubies with the line extending to form heart shapes in each corner, within each heart are three, grain set, old cut diamonds (twelve in total) and a central saw cut V shape. Above and below the centre diamond, in a grain set row, are three old cut diamonds (six in total) and on either side, in a grain set double row, are eight old cut diamonds (sixteen in total). Each corner has one-grain set old cut diamond (four in total). The shoulders form V shapes with one bezel set old cut diamonds at each end and five grain set old cut diamonds at the points (fourteen in total) and tension set within each shoulder one trapezoid ruby (two in total) and one Trilliant cut ruby (two in total). The fine half round band measures 2.4mm to 1.6mm at the base.
