AJD Statement Dinner Ring of Huge Brazilian Emerald & Genuine Zircons in Silver
About the Item
Magnificent dinner ring of huge 6.46 carat oval Brazilian Emerald accented with two round genuine Zircons, 2.58 carats total weigh set in Sterling Silver. This Emerald came straight from one of our favorite suppliers in Belo Horizonite, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It will get you noticed wherever you go. . Also, in the Beryl family you will find in addition to emerald, aquamarine, golden beryl or heliodor, morganite, goshenite, and red beryl. It's a sizable 7, but consider wearing it on whatever finger it fits. See your local jeweler for changes. The Zircons sit just below the Emerald table and are tilted to the outside just a bit. The ring spans approximates 7/8 inch. The Sterling Silver shank is approximately 2.5MM in width, well balanced with the size of the gemstones. The Egyptians mined Emeralds nearly 4,000 years ago and Cleopatra was an enthusiastic collector. It was believed to give foresight into the future. Emerald in the traditional May birthstone. Kathy lives by the motto, "Go Big or Go Home," and fell in love with jewelry design when she met founder Hans Stern, a pioneer in designing jewelry with Brazil's vibrantly colored gemstones, Mr. Stern invited her to his workroom, shared his expertise - and she was hooked. Martha and Kathy met while living in Rio de Janeiro and they have been design partners and friends ever since.
