About the Item
An impressive Victorian 0.32 carat pink ruby and 0.36 carat diamond, 15 karat yellow gold and platinum set cocktail ring; part of our diverse antique jewelry collections.
This fine and impressive ruby and diamond cocktail ring has been crafted in 15k yellow gold with a platinum and yellow gold setting.
The ring has a chevron shaped design ornamented to the upper border with a pierced decorated, trefoil style setting.
The trefoil shaped setting displays a 15k yellow gold eight claw/prong set 0.32Ct cabochon pink ruby and two platinum claw/prong set Old European round cut diamonds.
A single individually claw/prong set Old European round cut diamond ornaments the incurve of the chevron design
The chevron shaped setting is embellished with ten pavé set dutch cut diamonds.
The 15k yellow gold ring shoulders are ornamented with a channel to the center, which continues around the shank.
This impressive ruby cocktail ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15k gold and platinum.
The ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card for the ruby and supporting diamonds.
Condition
This impressive ruby and diamond ring is antique Victorian. The ring is fine quality set with a pink ruby and very well color graded, old cut diamonds.
The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition.
