A fine and impressive 1.10 carat emerald, 0.45 carat diamond and 18 karat yellow gold cocktail ring; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections This fine and impressive emerald and diamond ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The pierced decorated, rectangular setting is ornamented with a feature 1.10Ct step cut emerald. The elevated, subtly flared ring shoulders are each embellished with ten channel set baguette cut diamonds. The ring is fully hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the maker's mark 'COLJ', the Sheffield Assay Office hallmark (rose), the gold guarantee mark (crown), 18k gold fineness mark 750 and the date letter for 1988 (O). This impressive gemstone cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. "Rather than regarding inclusions in colored stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
