This exquisite ring dates from the pre-war Edwardian Era, circa 1900’s-1910’s, a time period revered for elegance and gracious manners. Fashioned in platinum, a precious metal highly prized for its strength and enduring beauty, this piece showcases a natural diamond solitaire and natural diamond accents. The centerpiece of the ring an European cut diamond of .83 carat weight, SI2 clarity, and K color. Six prongs hold the solitaire securely in place in a raised mounting that is ported from the sides so that light flows freely through the diamond for enhanced brilliance and sparkle. The shoulders of the ring feature a gorgeous trellis design adorned with rose cut diamond accents. Set in round bezels on the milgrain-adorned bars comprising the trellis. The diamonds carry .18 carat total weight, SI1 - I1 clarity, and I - J color. Please note, the shank bears a sizing mark which can be seen in the photographs. This ring weighs 4.8 grams. The face measures 9/32" (7.1mm) tall, and it has a table height of 9/32" (6.7mm). This ring is a size 5, but it can be re-sized up 3 sizes for a $30 fee per size or down 1 size for a $25 fee.
