About the Item
22K Yellow Gold Rectangular Cabochon Ring by Romae Jewelry Inspired by Ancient Examples. Our gorgeous "Salus" ring is both stately and whimsical, and is based on a Roman example dating to the second century AD. The delicately rounded shank gently holds a rectangular cabochon stone in a tall bezel setting. Shown here with Aqua Chalcedony, the ring is also available with the following stone choices, among others: Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz, Garnet, Aquamarine, White Moonstone, Red Agate, and Black Onyx. It is available in U.S. sizes 4 - 10, and other sizes are available by special request. Please indicate your size and stone choice when placing your order.
Each piece of Romae jewelry is inspired by an ancient example, and is carefully designed and lovingly crafted in Rome by archaeologist and museum specialist Cris and artist Elena. Our pieces are made to order, and each is individually cast, hand finished and personalized, which allows for freedom of stone choice and special tailoring such as inscriptions and engravings. When shipped, each piece of Romae jewelry arrives with a product card that provides information about the culture, date, and find spot of the original piece of jewelry that inspired our design. Lead time 4 - 5 weeks.
