22K Yellow Gold Ring with Round Cabochon Stone by Romae Jewelry Inspired by Ancient Roman Examples. Our stately "Dignitas" ring is quintessentially classic in design, and is based on several Roman examples dating to the first and second centuries AD found in ancient Bay of Naples towns, and in areas that were at one point known as Roman Britain. Its focal point is a prominent round cabochon stone in a bezel setting, which is crowned by a brilliant ribbed border. Our ring features the following stone choices, among others: Red Carnelian, Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Red Agate, Red Garnet, and Rose Quartz. It is available in U.S. sizes 5 - 10, and other sizes are available by special request. Please indicate your size choice when placing your order.
Each piece of Romae jewelry is inspired by an ancient example, and is carefully designed and lovingly crafted in Rome by archaeologist and museum specialist Cris and artist Elena. Our pieces are made to order, and each is individually cast, hand finished and personalized, which allows for freedom of stone choice and special tailoring such as inscriptions and engravings. When shipped, each piece of Romae jewelry arrives with a product card that provides information about the culture, date, and find spot of the original piece of jewelry that inspired our design. Lead time 4 - 5 weeks.
