About the Item

Spessartite garnet, also called a Mandarin Garnet, ring by the jewelry master Michael Zobel. The shank is a gold sleeve that fits nearly 1.1/2 inches of the finger. The center bezel set natural Spessartite garnet weighs an estimated 10.19 cts. It displays a vivid, even, orange/red orange color. The stone is quite bright and "eye clean" that is, only slight inclusions can be seen under 10x power magnification. As outlined below, fine Spessartite garnet is defined by gem labs as having a rich orange/red color! This gem quality bezel set center stone It is accented with 24 natural fancy diamonds of a yellow/orangey brown (Cognac) color - a perfect compliment to this Spessartite! These small brilliant cut diamonds weigh an estimated .24 cts. The ring is a size 6 3/4 and can be resized. It is signed with Zobel in script and 750 for 18K. The ring weighs 16.91 grams.
