Art Deco Emerald & Diamond 'Toi Et Moi' Ring
About the Item
This petite ring which is crafted from 18 karat yellow and white gold has been set with an emerald and a diamond and is known as a 'toi et moi' ring. The piece which dates to the Art Deco period features a single brilliant old cut diamond of F/G colour and VS clarity weighing 0.50 carat and is paired alongside an octagonal cut 'good green' emerald also weighing 0.50 carat. This style is often commonly referred to as 'toi et moi' which in English means 'you and me' because the piece features two stones which sit alongside each other, much like a romance. This ring is a really beautiful piece of petite Art Deco jewellery and would make for a lovely engagement ring with a point of difference.
