About the Item
Handcrafted Round Cut 1.50 Carats Amethysts 18 Karat White Gold Three-Stone Ring. This classic three-stone or trilogy ring features round brilliant cut stones set in a rub over setting on a simple band. The 6mm natural Amethyst stones are set in Atelier Molinari's iconic hand pierced gold lace on the back, inspired by our designer's childhood memories of lace makers of Normandie and the intricate architecture of Indian palaces, allowing light through the stones to reveal their natural beauty.
Once considered of equal value to Rubies and Emeralds, Amethysts adorned for centuries religious jewels and royal ornaments. Amethysts are most commonly associated to the colour purple. Its colour can range from light lilac to deep and intense royal purple. Named from the Greek a - 'not' and methyo - 'intoxicate'. Amethysts were once believed to prevent intoxication.
This triple-stone ring is an elegant statement and ideal to add hints of vivid colours to your outfit. Our rings can easily be stacked to create precious bouquet of natural stones on your hand. Our clients love to play around with our wide choice of precious colours.
Made using recycled 18 Karat gold from existing jewellery and melted scraps from our workshop that the brand then refines. Certified in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973. This piece is handmade and as such may have some small flecks and scratches.
