This champagne cover/glacette is a jewel to enrich your table. Indeed, the artist transformed our pure silver 999/°° K-OVER into a precious treasure chest to keep your bottle of champagne cold. The artist took inspiration from the autumn landscape : bare trees and carpets of yellowed leaves. We hope that our customer would use our K-OVER to celebrate the most important moments of their life. The cover has been completely handcrafted by Stefano Vigni, a Florentine master goldsmith and a “Fabergé workmaster”. The production process took several months and the techniques used are overhang, chasing and oxidation. The core value of the product is given by its artistic perfection. Indeed, the artist worked a single piece of silver and the complexity of the task was increased by the fact that the reverse side is missing. It is also important to underline the great attention in chiseling details of nature. In the future, it will be hard to find such a talented artist. The champagne cover is made in solid silver 999/°° and has been plated in 24kt gold. The cover has been signed by Stefano Vigni. Artist information: Stefano Vigni was born in Florence in 1952. Being very interest in the world of art, he started working when he was only 14 years old. At the begging of its career he worked as apprentice in the best Florentine workshops and made important works for clients such as Tiffany and Bulgari. In addition, Stefano worked a lot and was appointed “Fabergé workmaster”. He has been recently working with K-OVER for the project : works of art. Technical features: K-OVER is the new brand of P.M.P Firenze, a company with more than 40 years of experience in the silverware industry. Working in this market for such a long period enabled us to develop a completely new product, a new glacette. Indeed, our covers can maintain your precious bottles of champagne at fresh. The cover can be used as many times as you want: by unscrewing the cap at the bottom of the cover it is possible to change the champagne. All covers are new and have only been exhibited in public events. Covers are suitable for champenoise bottles such as: Moet Et Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Cristal, Pol Roger, Piper , Perrier Jouet, Taittinger, Mumm, Ferrari, Berlucchi. All our champagne covers are produced in solid silver 999/°°. The usage of pure material is a novelty: as a matter of fact, silverware is usually produced in sterling silver. Our choice can be explained by three reasons. Firstly, we want to provide a high valuable product to our customers. Secondly, pure silver is hard to oxidise, so that it is easier to be cleaned. Last but not least, silver has an antibacterial property which make it safe.
