Antique Set of 12 Russian Silver and Enamel Spoons Retailed by Tiffany & Co.

A set of twelve gilded silver and guilloché and plique-à-jour enamel demitasse spoons, 11th Artel, Moscow, 1908-1917, retailed by Tiffany & Co. The backs of the bowls enameled white over a herringbone, engine-turned ground, the interior of the bowls with an engraved Gothic initial Y, with twist stems terminating in an flat, arch-shaped handle enameled with brightly-colored scrolls in plique-à-jour enamel against a stippled gilt ground. Contained in a linen-bound retailer's box of Tiffany & Co., stamped on the interior Tiffany & Co. New York Paris London, the cover of the hinged box stamped with the initials C.D.Y in gilt. Length of spoons: 4 1/8 in. (10.5 cm).
