Rare Antique Pocket Key Watch French 1800s with Painted Enamel Dial
Located in London, GB
Rare Antique Pocket Key Watch French 1800s with Painted Enamel Dial in Working Order An exceptional example of French craftwork estimated from the mid-1800s with delicate enamel painting on the dial and bespoke Roman numerals. Pocket watches have long been a token of style and refinement, even in today’s modern era. During the mid-1800s, this would have been a status symbol as manufacturing had increased so that it was more widely available. Everyone from businessmen to international travelers would have relied on a precise pocket watch to measure the train schedules, daily paper, and end of the work day. In this case, the unique painted enamel on the dial and custom Roman numerals would mean a man of means owned this watch. Instead of relying on a more standard manufactured piece, this would have been hand-finished, demonstrating more wealth. What makes this particular timepiece so rare is the polychrome decoration of a city on the water. When you look closely at the dial, you’ll find detailed decorations of a cartouche and flora motifs perfectly offsetting the silver casement. Both of the keys are attached to a metal chain, and the appearance of the monogrammed FB is evident on the cover metal. A French inscription on the interior reads: “Echappement a Cylindre Aiguilles Quatre Rubiz.” The keys refer to the critical winding and lock set for maintaining the watch. You can also see the makers mark numbered 9356 11509. ------------------------------ Condition Report: In worker order and high quality, considering it is an antique pocket watch. There are minor age-related marks on the silver casement and some fading that will be cleaned and polished before shipping. No damage to the enamel or hands. We service all pocket watches...

Olympus Art Certified, Pink, Orange, Yellow Diamond, the Power of Three Ring
Located in Istanbul, TR
Olympus Art Certified, 0.60 ct. Diamond Round Yellow 0.60 ct. Diamond Round Pink 0.60 ct. Diamond Round Orange THE POWER OF NUMBER THREE RING, created by Olympus Art Designers Numerology is an esoteric, ancient study that provides each individual with a unique, personalized set of numbers explaining their personality, destiny, and purpose! Typically, these ~magic numbers~ are derived from your name and birthday. We’ve all been intrigued by numbers for thousands of years. Western (or "modern") numerology is the most popular system in much of the contemporary world, and it was created by the Greek philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras (yes, he of the triangle!) more than 2,500 years back. Yes, this is considered "modern" when compared the Chaldean system, which was developed by the Chaldeans of ancient Babylon. Other systems include Kabbalah, Chinese, and Tamil numerology. Whatever numerology system you're using, the number 3 is one of 9 super-important, single-digit numbers. Most numerology systems focus on the numbers 1-9, with 11 and 22 also being significant. Each number has a different meaning, personality, influence, and impact The number 3 has always held powerful symbolism. Think about good things coming in 3s, the birth-life-death cycle, the mind-body-soul connection, the 3 acts of a typical story. Wherever the number 3 shows up in your life, it’s generally an omen of creativity, communication, optimism, and curiosity! Considered one of numerology’s VIP numbers, Life Path numbers are calculated based on your birthdate, which make it a bit like your Sun sign. This number reveals what you value, seek, and how you go about it. Think of it as a broad-brush painting of you and your life. To find your Life Path number, simply reduce the digits of your full birthdate until you reach a single-digit number—excluding 11 and 22. Did you get the number 3, by any chance? If so, then you are the outgoing, creative, socialite type! You're funny, imaginative, charismatic, expressive, and friendly. You're likely a confident, charming individual who thrives on being with others and having an ~audience~, and you're drawn to careers involving acting, writing, teaching, travel, therapy, hospitality, personal care, or sales. Lucky you...

19th Century Grand Tour Souvenirs Palais Royale Gold & Ebony Necessaire
Located in London, GB
Early 19th Century Grand Tour Souvenirs Palais Royale French Empire Ebonized Fragrance Necessaire with Gold Gilt Bottles & A Sèvres Panel This is truly an important and stunning piece of Objet d'art. This Sèvres style porcelain necessaire/fragrance box dates back to the early 1800s Palais Royale French Empire of Napolean Bonapart I. This would most certainly adorn the highest nobility and aristocrats. In the mid-1800s, the best souvenirs from Paris were found in the boutiques of the famed Palais Royale of Paris, the old palace of Cardinal Richelieu. The boutiques lined the promenade of the central gardens, and the area was host to Royals, dignitaries, and the posh societies of the time. The treasures from the Palais Royale remain today some of the most sought-after antiques to be found. The production of perfumery articles became an industry in the nineteenth century when a new champion emerged, Napoleon Bonaparte, who had a standing order with his perfumer for 50 bottles of cologne a month. In the 18th Century, porcelain was one of the most highly prized commodities in the world. In the 19th Century, the Sèvres factory was well-known for its brilliant bleu céleste ground colour. Sèvres gilding is often finely worked or ‘tooled’ with subtle patterns and has a light touch that is very distinctive. This is a superb example of the 1800s; a gorgeous Palais Royale Sèvres porcelain ebonized wood fragrance box/necessaire, finely crafted with two original blue Opaline scent bottles...
