This is a very rare watch by the iconic house of Zenith. We have never seen this model before and it is in exceptional condition as well. The watch is entirely hand constructed and the unique two case is oversized for its day. The watch is still fitted with its original Blued Steel Breguet Style Hands as well, which we seldom see and is still has its original factory spring bars on it. Our finest watchmaker has just done a factory quality service on it as well and it keeps dependable time.
The watch is done as a Tortue Shape. The original concept for the Tortue was based on giant stone Tortoises that Louis Cartier from the house of Cartier saw holding up columns in a 3000-year-old Greek Temple. The design dates from 1914 and this watch epitomizes his original concept. Our finest watchmaker has just finished a factory quality service on the watch, so we are extending your warranty, and including an extra strap as well.
