Lavishly hand decorated in Imari palette with colours of Iron Red and Cobalt Blue with gilt on an off-white ground, each rim with four projecting Lion's heads ending on four paw feet on a shaped base.
Condition: Superb condition for such early items, light wear to gilding at high points and some staining inside, evidence of gilt overpainting on one cover, see image. Both bases with iron red mark for circa 1815.

Antique Vintage English Walking Stick Cane Wooden Gold Plated Cow Horn Handle

Very Stylish Fine Quality Polished Rosewood Wooden Lady’s or Gentleman’s Walking Cane of substantial quality and good weight very suitable to use as an everyday stick, with an elegant decoratively carved classical Cow Horn L shaped handle above a finely repousse chased gold plated collar with a cartouche engraved with H C. Last quarter of the Nineteenth Century, of English origin
Condition: Good condition with nice patination, few small character dents to gilt mounts, complete with its original firm fitting solid steel and polished brass ferrule which is slightly worn. Nice straight stick in wonderful condition.

Stunning and Rare Example of a French Patinated Bronze Architectural Style Grand Tour Regency Period Double Inkstand of rectangular outline and compact proportions. First quarter of the Nineteenth Century.
This stunning offering is modelled as an ancient Gothic Style Religious building ending on a well veined Sienna Marble platform base. The Ormolu dome top finial covers complete with their internal bronze linings. An early ormolu and Sienna Marble Watch stand is included.
Condition: Good condition, original good surface patination, small repair to corner of marble base, see image. Baise underneath has been replaced, nicely done. Back and front views are similar, no visible foundry marks.

Stunning example of an early Victorian Burl Walnut Welling Chest of traditional form and wonderful provenance, circa mid Nineteenth Century and possibly of Irish manufacture.
Flanked by twin lockable pilasters enclosing seven graduated drawers with mahogany lined drawers and original turned handles, this wonderful piece ends on a square platform base.
Condition: Superb condition with no losses, no evidence of repairs, recently professionally re-polished. Lock and key are present and working, all drawers are very smooth to use.

Each with a single pull-out drawer above a single hinged door opening to reveal a single moveable shelf. These beautiful pieces are raised on four turned tapering supports, complete with their original well veined cream marble tops

An Exceptionally Fine Quality Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Vase of unusually large proportions, early Meiji period (1868-1912) and of Museum quality.
The main tapering oviform body with everted neck, with exquisite translucent rich dark shades of red enamel over an engraved and chased silver foil ground depicting bamboo leaf decoration. Top rim and base are mounted in bronze.
Mark at base as shown, see images.
Condition: Good condition with nice surface patination, one bruise loss to surface at shoulder area which shows where glass is absent, see image towards end.

An outstanding Multi purpoise rectangular Ladys or Gentlemand Casket of rectangular outline and quite generous proportions, complete with its firm fitting lift off cover. Mid Twentieth Century, of Asian origin.
This decorative example is entirely veneered with short lengths of reeded carved bone in various pastel creamy colours which is superbly done.
