Antique Sheraton revival wooden mantel with original hand painted tiles
About the Item
An outstanding antique Sheraton revival wooden fireplace with original hand painted Dolton Lambeth panels and copper insert.
Constructed using the finest figured dark wood with satinwood, boxwood and fruitwood neo-classical style inlays. The glazed barrel shaped doors with brass escutcheons and keys open to reveal an adjustable shelved interior with green velvet lining.
The original copper and bronze insert with hand painted floral ceramic panels to either side.
