This stylish armchair was designed by Lucien Rollin and sold by the William Switzer showroom. The piece takes its lines from the Russian Biedermeier period with its curved back and serpentine arms.
Note: The fabric is a woven mohair texture in a rust hued, brick, reddish tone.
Note: There is a small blemish on the right arm (facing) see the last image.

(1906-1993)
French designer LUCIEN ROLLIN studied at the Ecole Boulle in Paris. Following his studies Rollin worked in the studio of the Master of Art Deco, Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann. Later he returned to the Ecole Boulle while he worked for the architect Michel Roux-Spitz.
