William Edward Croxford Art
William Edward Croxford was predominantly a painter of coastal scenes and fishermen, however, he is also known for his quintessential English countryside studies, which often feature delicately painted figures approaching the viewer. He painted scenes of fishermen and harbors throughout Cornwall into the late 1880s, exhibiting his work in the London galleries of the RA, RBA, RI and the Fine Art Society.
