Wright Saltus Ludington Art

Wright Saltus Ludington was born in New York on June 10, 1901. By 1940, Ludington had settled in Montecito. He was a noted philanthropist, art collector and founder of the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. Luddington was a friend of Lockwood de Forest III, who was a noted American landscape architect. He died there on May 13, 1992.
