An antique Japanese Cloisonne Enamel lidded jar . Late Meiji period, Circa 1895 Rounded shape with pronounced base. Blue ground color. The piece is decorated with a crane bird motif.
Globe finial on top of the lid. a work of Hayashi Kodenji, 1831 to 1915, a Japanese cloisonne artist.
High quality.
Dimensions: overall H 3 1/2 in. All measurements are approximate. Excellent condition
