Circa 1860-80 Pair of Japanese Imari Covered Jars

About the Item

Circa 1860-80 pair of Imari covered jars, Japanese. The lids with finial tops, decorated with phoenix birds & flowers. The jars decorated with large flower vases underneath flowering trees set against geometric designs alternating with cartouches of phoenix birds surrounded by rich floral rosettes.
