Antique 1897 Wooden Eastman Kodak Bulls Eye Camera Tripod
About the Item
Fantastic antique wooden Bulls-Eye tripod made by Eastman Kodak in Rochester, New York.
With over 100+ years of life, this tripod is in surprisingly good shape; The wood is strong and good looking and the chrome plate, inscribed with "Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester New York", "Bulls Eye" and "Patented August 24, 1897, Made In USA" is in great condition and still able to hold a camera. The metal clips to hold the wooden legs in place come with age appropriate wear and have lost some of its original tension, but we added a small piece of paper in between the wooden parts which helps to keep everything in place.
This tripod measures 3" x 3" x 29" when folded, stretches to 46" long and approximately 35" in width if you wanna keep proper balance.
A piece of photographic history, don't miss out.
