Charles Eames Modernica Los Angeles Armchair Seat Fibreglass Chair The fibreglass armchair by the designer duo Charles and Ray Eames is certainly one of the most important and best-known designs of the 20th century. The chair was originally designed in 1948 as an entry for the Museum of Modern Art's International Design Competition. At the time, no one could have predicted the enormous success and longevity of this iconic design. This chair is a licensed production of the company Modernica Los Angeles. The cleaned item with beautiful patina weights 5.8 kg / 12.79 lbs.
