Andy Warhol Index (Book) 1967 Hand signed by Warhol on the cover and multiple other pages in the book Numbered 122/365 from the edition of 365. Published by Random House, New York Complete with pop-up castle, paper accordion, multi-color airplane pop-up, "Chelsea Girls" paper disc, folded geodesic shape on string, 45 RPM flexi-disc, illustrated nose, pop-up Hunt's Tomato Paste can, sheet of color changing stamps, balloon. Each page that includes a pop illustration is hand signed by Warhol. *Condition note: Signs of natural ware consistent with age, the binding is inner binding is slightly detached from the pages.
