Janos Huszti is an emerging painter based in Budapest, Hungary. Evocative of analog photography, his practice of oil on canvas blends figure study and portraiture with a distinctive cinematic gaze. His art consists of attributing new origins to things thus establishing new relations. He had got his diploma at University of Pécs, as a painter in 2005. Hungary. He spent one term at University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, England. It was an experimental learning particularly regarding the conceptual art. He has been working in a professional studio at PP Center in Budapest for more than four years.

Ricardo Mulero is fascinated with capturing the brilliance of light and the contrast of natural beauty with utilitarian landscapes. Here, he focuses on the romantic glowing light of New York City's iconic Empire State Building in the nighttime sky. The viewer's eye is drawn up towards the beacon of soft yellow light that radiates through a misty grey-blue night sky. Dark rust colored skyscrapers elegantly frame the focal point is the distance while silhouettes of water towers make reference to old New York and windows aglow with electric light play on it's reputation of being the city that never sleeps. Mulero's brush work is subtle and captures the soft brilliance of electric light with a Romantic sensibility. The painting is currently unframed with aluminum stretcher bars. It's in excellent condition and ready to hang as is.

Rose Freymuth-Frazier Employing the techniques of the past in the service of contemporary exploration, I seek to add a fresh voice to the sometimes venerable, sometimes dusty and archaic tradition of large-scale figurative painting, while subtly addressing the mythology, objectification and subjugation of women. My subjects are at first glance close to home-new mothers, friends, lovers, artists, dancers-but are then quickly placed at a distance via edgy modification, rigorous technique, minimal contexts and composition, and idiosyncratic use of color. I am also interested in social presentation, artifice, and simulation as they relate to my subjects. I hope to peel away a gossamer thin layer of reality, not just to document the real but also to reveal what might be. BIOGRAPHY Given my restless history, it is curious that I became a figurative painter in New York City. My maternal Grandparents fled Hitler's Germany in the late 1930's. After being refused entry to the United States, they were welcomed into the Dominican Republic, where they happily resided in a small orderly bungalow of their own design and made their living as studio photographer and cheese maker...

A challenging portraitist and emerging creator with a conceptual thinking. Huszti elaborates his constantly changing topics with momentum and precision. He depicts historical times, special characters and places from the past, using all kinds of materials to express his interpretations. In addition he is also interested in contemporary street art. His art consists of attributing new origins to things thus establishing new relations. He had got his diploma at University of Pécs, as a painter in 2005. Hungary. He spent one term at University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, England. It was an experimential learning particularly regarding the conceptual art. He has been working in a professional studio at PP Center in Budapest for more than four years. Meet there the Hungarian Contemporary art scene each day, especially Budapest based artists and curators.
