Born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Goodwin lived and worked most of his life in Massachusetts and New York, best known for his street and waterfront scenes. Oil on canvas, signed lower left, and housed in a decorative molded giltwood frame. Dimensions: 25 in H x 30 in W, actual; 32.5 in H x 37.5 in W x 1.75 in D, framed. Ref: 7
