About the Item
Giancarlo Mattioli was an Italian designer, architect, urban planner, portrait painter, man, and intellectual. In 1967 he and the Urban Architects Group “Città Nuova” created the Nesso and Nessino table lamps for the Artemide Italian house. This icon design is held in major museums including the MoMa in New York. It won the first prize at the Studio Artemide Domus competition.
This rare transparent edition was only release in the 90s until early 2000s.
