Pyramid Oak Stave Cabinet With Drawers by Clay Brown
About the Item
Over 6 feet in height, the Stave Cabinet’s dramatic silhouette lives in space as a steeple or obelisk with a commanding but peaceful presence. Its subtle variations of dark tones, tidy lines, and construction methods reference Shaker craft, vernacular architecture, and an array of religious artifacts.
The upper dresser is handcrafted blackened oak, revealing book-matched grain drawer faces, soft close under-mount drawer slides, felt-bottomed drawer interiors, and peaked with an inconspicuous magnetic-close compartment door. At the base, a hand painted "midnight blue" lower cabinet houses soft close hinges, leveling feet, and Sam Stewart’s Thumbprint Pull in Oxblood.
