Rare "Pointe de Diamant" midcentury sideboard by Antoine Philippon and Jacqueline Lecoq for Behr. Made in Germany in 1962/1963. This sideboard is one of the best sideboards made in the midcentury period. Behr was the best manufacturer for high end sideboards in Germany in the 50s and 60s. This edition comes from the famous diamant series with diamant shaped doors. Impressive veneer & walnut wood structure. Stunning masterpiece! Each details of the sideboard is made from best quality. Wonderful timeless form with a very useful drawer section. The wood inside is made of maple wood. The condition is absolute amazing and is looking like untouched after 60 years.
