About the Item
Io Side table in Italian, Orobico marble.
Named after Jupiter’s moon, and much like the moon’s silhouette appearing different each day of the month
Io’s minimal gesture gives the table a new appearance when viewing ti from different angles.
Cut from a single block of Italian Carrara marble.
As no two blocks are identical, each table is one of a kind with a unique vein & pattern.
Design: Adolfo Abejon
FORMAR - Original designs in solid stone.
Marble comes in many shapes and sizes.
For most customers the largest blocks are the most sought after.
Smaller pieces are usually broken down into low value products that don’t reflect the
natural beauty that has taken millions of years to form.
We work with quarries around the world, giving these off-cuts a new purpose.
Formar’s process does not require any further excavation, working towards a healthy environment of sustainable consumption.
Disclaimer: Marble is a natural material, variations in color and veining are expected, these make each table a unique, timeless piece.
