About the Item
Here we have a fabulous natural pearl ring originally dating back to the Victorian era. The face has been crafted into the shape of a lucky horseshoe, a common symbol associated with jewellery of the time with each being individually claw set and showcasing a lovely level of lustre.
This piece started life as a stick pin but has been masterfully transformed into a more practical ring by antique jewellery re-designer and restorer, Gaetano Chiavetta.
