Powering the watch is Omega's top-tier caliber 565 movement used in Seamasters from the era, and one of the last superior 500's series movements used before Omega began trying to reduce their costs, and the highest offering in the 500 series. It has 24 jewels and a quick-setting date and is one of the finest mass-produced automatic movements from era. It measures approximately 35mm in diameter without the crown, in between the size of a Rolex Date and a Rolex Datejust. It has a wonderful retro waterproof style case, royal blue dial, and original Omega beads of rice bracelet. Its case has a great shape with large wings that flow from a flat bezel. It has all of its original parts and has just finished a true expertly done restoration. It presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.6 out of 10. Its case presents as mint with only light signs of having ever been polished and slight remnants of wear underneath the lugs. Our photos couldn't quite do justice to its condition. Its original Omega dial has been meticulously custom refinished in wine vignette - the printing could pass as Omega factory done. Its original bracelet has fairly mild stretch - its finish presents as mint. As part of the restoration, the movement has been freshly fully serviced by a Master Watchmaker. It is running strong and true, keeping time nearly on par with a new Omega in our testing recording position. For the finishing touch, we have meticulously detailed it making it ready for immediate enjoyment. Included with the purchase is a one-year warranty on the movement and its function, a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity, and a new timing certificate attesting to the watch's performance. Omega

È una parte celebre della tradizione di Omega che lo Speedmaster Professional Chronograph del marchio sia stato il primo orologio a compiere un allunaggio.
