A pair of French Greber art pottery dishes modeled as leaves, the stems forming handles decorated in green and brown glazes with Fine surface veining. Made in Beauvais and probably by Charles Greber (1853-1935) the stoneware dishes Stand on a rounded unglazed foot and are both impressed Greber beauvais.
Charles Greber was a very well-known potter, working in Beauvais, France in a pottery started by his father, primarily working in stoneware, bridging the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, circa 1899-1933.
