This is an oil painting by surrealist artist Mark Kostabi. In it, the body of a dog is shown on the bottom with a long neck that extends up to the top of the painting, ending with a human head wearing a top hat. At several spots, red disks bisect the creature’s neck. The piece is dated and titled verso.
