A vintage Spanish Colonial for Keaton, this courtyard example of the genre had been poorly renovated and expanded. “We had seen it prior to the renovation and it was too small for her but the makeover now presented all sorts of problems. Simplifying every structural aspect and coordinating materials was key to this project.”
