St. Anselm is a Stephen Starr restaurant in Washington DC. The design was a collaboration between Brooklyn restaurateur Joe Carroll and Stokes Architecture. The space is conceptually inspired by classic steakhouse aesthetics with unexpected and fun takes on those stereotypes.
