The Francis House

“The Francis House captures the spirit of French country in California wine country,” according to owner and interior designer, Dina Dwyer. “ It was my goal to design the building, the outdoor spaces, and the interiors in classic French maison d’hote or maison particuliere style. The building has original stone walls, a mansard roof and dormer windows, the hallmarks of an authentic Second French Empire architecture. The building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. We wanted to capture the essence of history while providing modern amenities for its residents and guests.”
